It's tough to be an old dog: 15-1/2 years to be exact. It's hard to hear when people call. It's rough in the morning trying to get up off the pillow and make it to the door. These new floors are slippery and sometimes the back feet don't quite grip correctly and are dragged behind in shame.
But Dog Slippers with tough leather soles? Really? Oh the indignity of it all.
Just because the floors are getting a bit scratched up and toe-nail marks are left behind. Just because the slick floor tends to cause falls and make life misery. Just because someone might get hurt.
Dog slippers? For real?
They don't shake off.
It's embarrassing. It's degrading. It's doggy shame.
