So - last year I posted about a graffiti artist who needed spelling lessons -

It's been over a year now and that same empty gas station has acquired new graffiti.  Once again - they have no clue how to spell.  Listen up people - If you are trying to make a statement:  LEARN HOW TO SPELL.

Oh my gosh. I had the same situation with some guy who spray painted grammatically incorrect rants all over his truck and drove around. Don't they realize they are just spreading their ignorance?

Oh I had to bite my tongue when reading someone rant of facebook this morning. He was anti-technology for kids and ranting about how learning could only come from books etc.

Yet, he spelled know as no (not once but twice so it was not a typo)

I had to wonder if he was a little too addicted to sms-ing. The funniest part was that the person who's page he was ranting on is usually such a grammar nazi and she said, not a word. Hmmmm

Her two year old taught himself to spell small words using I-phone aps. This is what started the ranter going.

I am more forgiving of short hand now that I'm a serial texter. However, I still like to see regular communication done with proper grammar and correct spelling.
