Before the Caboose was born, I was busy interviewing my children. There were some cute responses.
It started with some Proverbs
and then continued with Wisdom on Babies, Wisdom on Aging, and Wisdom on Grandma's.
I received an e-mail earlier this week which has made its way around before, but this time I decided I'd use it to my advantage. Instead of forwarding it on, I asked my own precious Buttercup some questions to see her response.
So they could take care of children.
How did God Make Mothers?
By using his magic. He used his hands and said somethings like Magica Magica, create a mother.
What ingredients are Mothers made of?
Well, Magic, power, and "taking caring"....oh, and meat. skin, and eyeballs.
Why did God give you your mother and not some other mother?
So that my mother could just be mine and no others. I can't have two mothers.
What kind of little girl was your mom?
A girl with blonde hair. And she had beautiful hair and it snowed on Halloween. It was her best trick or treating. (hmm.. that story really impressed her)
What did Mom need to know about Dad before she married him?
That he was nice and he loved her and she loved him. Then she could marry him. She really had to wear something like a dress and a bonnet....mom, what's a bonnet? (a hat) Oh, she had to wear a crown with a little white thing that hangs down her face. Then, she could marry him.
Why did your mom marry your dad?
Because he wouldn't be my dad if she didn't marry him.
Who's the boss at your house?
Mommy and daddy. Sometimes grandma and grandpa.
What's the difference between moms and dads?
Dads have short hair and moms have long hair. (whew)
What does your mom do in her spare time?
Take care of my baby brother and pet the kitties.
What would it take to make your mom perfect?
Well, make her hair bright yellow with spray paint might work.
If you could change one thing about your mom, what would it be?
Um, make her wear more dresses and put hairbands in her head and make her soooo beautiful that people won't even know who she is. But, my dad would know and like it.

Oh that is so cute! Is that all we need? Spraypaint????

I love your interviews, and Buttercup gives delightful answers. Difference between mums/dads LOL could have been tricky.
